Crider Associates is a team of writers, designers, developers, and project managers. We are communications consultants who collaborate with clients to develop training, communications, and product launches. From the initial instructional design to the final delivery, we work with our clients through each step of the project.

For training and product launches, we develop educational and testing materials, instructor-led and individualized training programs, product launch and refresher courses, and training event planning.

In communications, we produce or support print and electronic materials — magazines, manuals, Web sites, CD-ROMs, newsletters, direct mail pieces, e-mail campaigns, and even internal communications such as memos.
