We are Crider Associates, not Crider and Associates. Our name is deliberate, as we recognize the value of each person on the team — and the value of the team as a whole. Individual strengths may lie in different areas, but all contribute in an important way.

One way we nurture such balance is through our annual writers' conference. Our team gathers off-site at a resort for a day of professional camaraderie, celebrating accomplishments, planning new projects, reviewing presentations, and sharing ideas. The day underscores our philosophy of working together in a productive, fun manner. The conference is rewarding, not only for helping to keep our team strong, but also for providing a time-out to make sure we’re approaching projects with fresh perspectives.
