We stay focused on the objectives, pay attention to what participants need to know, and find ways to hold their attention, while creating instructionally sound materials that are extremely user-friendly.

For training, we produce carefully designed facilitator guides and participant workbooks. We also create “training in a box” kits that include a variety of learning materials. For grab-and-go learning, we develop pocket guides, handouts, and job aids. All materials are integrated to support one another and your program’s objectives. We stay flexible in creating materials, to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the audience — and you.

For all of these materials, we use team members with extensive instructional design experience. They understand how to make the information accessible and interesting. We also gather feedback from the people using the materials, to learn how we can make them more effective.
